=APPLY=
In order to join the game, you must first read the Setting information and the Rules, and then fill out an application. We need to know how you see the character you're apping, and how you plan to play them in our setting.
You do not need a Dreamwidth journal to apply. You can apply using your LiveJournal OpenID login, or anonymously, and we'll contact you to give you a code if you're accepted.
We are multifandom: this means you can apply for any character you like, from any fandom you like -- video game, TV series, etc. However, the following are not permitted:
Please bear in mind that while everyone in the game must be eligible to Impress, not everyone will. In fact, at least one person is pretty much guaranteed not to Impress each hatching! Candidates who have the strength of personality necessary to Impress still may not have the personality that a dragonet is looking for. But don't worry, there's lots of fun they can have in the game if they don't Impress. In fact, it might be more fun to play one of the characters who doesn't get their own personal source of unconditional love and wonder.
We currently have a limit of six characters per player, one character per cast per player.

Player Contact: (email or IM nicks)
Other Characters:
Character Name:
Fandom: Please provide a wiki link to help us figure out what's going on in your canon!
Timeline: What point in your character's canon are you apping them from?
Personality: In two paragraphs or more, tell us what your character is like. DO NOT SKIMP on this section!
Abilities: Give us a brief summary of anything your character can do that is special or unusual. Your character WILL retain these abilities.
Dragon Names: Pick 2-3 names you'd want for your dragon, and indicate preferences, if you have any. Feel free to use a name generator. Please do not make names out of words that are relevant or meaningful to your character; that's not how dragon names work! We will use the generators linked to name Sora's dragon for you if your only suggestions are Kairith, Rikuth, and Donaldth. ♥
Thoughts on Dragons: Tell us anything. Do you want your character to not have a dragon, and if so, why? Do you have an idea of what personality you want your dragon to have? Any colors you're interested in? Don't cop out on this question, show us you have interest in this setting. ♥
Lastly, give us a third-person sample, prose or bracketed action. Continue off the premise given in the game profile.
